Better Than Average, Still Needs Improvement

Banker's hours. Competitive pay (at least for newcomers now), great benefits like full coverage BCBS, vision, dental, life insurance, and so many other optional insurances at $20-30 a paycheck, paid holidays and vacation, free lunches and one of the more positive places to work if you work with the right people. They try to keep their employees happy as much as they can. Mileage reimbursement and free lunches when you cover offices that aren't your own. Great promotion program ideas to help employees who are serious move up quicker. Trainers of said programs are excellent and very resourceful - I turned to a lot of them for help as a new manager.
Fitness challenges with prizes, such as gift cards or tshirts, etc.
Myriad of choices for positions as it's a corporation; relocation reimbursement

Hours - even though you work Monday through Friday, you are often required to work Saturdays. They also file taxes year round.. which is great for customers but you have to be on your A game not just during tax season
Raises are ok for entry level employees, but management is where it's at. I took over an office that was doing terrible backdoor dealings and tons of illegal stuff, so when my branch didn't make a profit the next year (after I put in the work to clean it up), I didn't get a raise. Most offices make great money, but location, location, location.
Promotion programs/training are not taken seriously by a lot of the upper management. Most (but not all because there are some great people in) upper management pick by seniority or favoritism.
Most work is done on your duff, behind a desk. I left this job specifically because I noticed I was so unhealthy.. they have fitness/steps challenges and encourage you to walk around the office in your downtime, but if your office is busy you don't have that luxury.
Sales based - again, if your office is one where customers pay, the managers make great money, but entry level assistants do 90% of the work.
Though you have many options for work, you must be willing to relocate for most of them.

World Finance should pay their tenured lower level employees better than the people just starting; also, I have to point this out because I find it funny... Money motivates. So why would you quit motivating your employees with more money? Bring back profit sharing for your little guys and you'll be more profitable.
