Pay is very low; well below that of comparable positions at other companies in the area. Bonuses are promised but rarely paid. Once an employee reaches a goal associated with a generous bonus management either denies it was ever offered or adds additional requirements, either way they avoid paying. Work very hard without a lunch, without breaks, and often late into the evening. The pay is no way near commensurate with the amount of work expected by management.

Fun if you have a great team.
|
The job provided some growth but the heavy workload and low pay left me feeling undervalued and overburdened. Bonuses were given to managers and upper management, exempting tax season; all work no pay for the lowest on the totem pole doing the brunt of the work. Only survived as long as I did because of my lovely coworkers, not my manager. Should have left sooner.

I really enjoyed my professional life at WF. I had an amazing manager and we were a team of 5. We made company records, worked hard and played hard. The only con is that Saturdays are manditory, but the hours are not that long. Also if you have a large office, everyone can take a turn so maybe 1 saturday out the month which isnt bad. They provide training and all the supervisors were very nice and joyful to be around. I would say, go for it!

A lot depends on your manager. I worked at one branch that had a great one and one that was very micromanaging and made it miserable. Biggest complaint is pay is not great

It's like working with people who never got to live their best life

Working for this company was company was like being surrounded by a bunch of people (mostly women) who don't live great lives, so they come to work to play around, use company trips to escape, and make anyone with normal standards feel like they don't belong. Well, why would I, in such an environment like that.

The Upper Management turns a “blind eye” to it’s field’s poor management & even worse their demeaning , demoralizing actions to their dedicated team members.

Abusive, belittling, demanding, hostile and toxic with very little to any genuine appreciation expressed and or shown.
