Work from home, pretty flexible in terms of making adjustments for your home life, free food from time to time.

Culture is terrible. It used to be one of the selling points but now it's all about the bottom line. It used to be a close knit, family environment with plenty of fun events that broke up the monotony. Now it's work to the bone, don't give a damn about you or your family. All about the bucks.
Simon Nynens who was an amazing man, that was really the heart of the company was forced out and is no longer the CEO. There's been 2-3 "CEOs" since then, none of them who give a damn about their employees, none of them as hands on, all of them with primary focus on the bottom line. Definition of corporate savages. You are merely a number to these people.

Happy employees are productive employees. Bring back the culture. Stop treating your employees like numbers. Maybe instead of firing people left and right, be more thorough when hiring and put you focus into TRAINING. So many people have been thrown to the wolves from day 1 and then crucified for their missteps when they were never given the tools they needed to succeed in the first place. Whose fault is that? MANAGEMENT.

Company has gone down hill, drastically!

Simon Nynens was the heart and soul of this company.
The culture was great.
The people were great too!

As time progressed, the company needed to make changes as they wanted to grow into a billion dollar company. This is the aftermath of that initiative...
Years later, they are STILL NOT a billion dollar company, stock price is down, and there is no real growth.
They have lost their heart and soul, when the board back-doored Simon out.
The pay is WELL below industry standard, and they will indoctrinate you with their "lean & mean" strategy...this pretty much meant they will work you MORE and give you LESS.
If you were in Sales, you were put through multiple commission plan changes, which made it increasingly harder to attain goals set forth by upper management. Also, losing top vendor lines like Veeam hurt top producing teams. The company offered little to no help in that regard, and left it at "you'll just need to make it up somehow."
Management definitely played favorites, there was not an even playing field at all.
If you are not in the main office, there is little to no room for advancement.

WFH for 2 days was only good here.I believe it won’t last long as they are installing more cubes and computers.

They make you to work crazy and after 2 years if company share doesn’t increase they will terminate you.
Pay is very low .

Main office is a glorious penthouse suite, lots of amenities.
Very generous work-from-home package (for some.)
Wonderful people to work with, lots of great attitudes and personalities.
Health insurance is decent; 401k contributions phenomenal.

SIMON NYNENS IS NO LONGER CEO - THIS NEEDS TO BE UPDATED!!! The new guy is nowhere near the hands-on leader he was.
If you're not sales or accounting, you barely matter to the higher-ups.
If you don't work in the main office, you barely get anything besides the absolutely minimum to do your job; still expect to hear complaints from the main office folks!
Numbers-oriented to an absurd degree; people have lost their jobs for having a single bad month after amazing growth.
Recent changes in top management have caused SEVERE shifts in attitude, not sure if things changed since I left.
