I've worked at Wave for about 4 years and don't plan to leave any time soon. The people at Wave are brilliant, kind and hardworking, and the science and programs are very promising and inspiring. Management has worked to improve transparency and streamline decision-making. I am also very proud of the diversity and inclusion at the company including the strong representation of women at management levels. The future seems bright for Wave!
