Pleasant on one hand, and frustrating on the other.

What is the best part of working at the company?
My team was amazing and I enjoyed working here with them. However, I was hired as a consultant for six months and to be hired full time after this period, After more than two years of no progress I gave up and moved on. The worst part is that they did this for many, many positions and treated those of us in this position as second class citizens even though most of us had much longer tenure with the company than many others. My pay was docked for participating, on invitation, in a chili contest for charity fundraising that apparently I was not allowed to participate in as a consultant. Unbelievable. Maybe they were mad because I won? If you are hired honestly you will like this company, make sure they are clear in their negotiations and don't lie about your future.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
See previous comment where I describe their dodgy hiring practices.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Varies team to team in my opinion.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Quiet working closely with amazing colleagues who taught me a lot.

Best job I've ever had. I have worked at 3 of the biggest biotech's in MA and this by far the best company I have worked for. Managers are great. Great pipeline. CEO is remarkable and cares about the employees and the company.

WAVE laid off 80% of the QA Department in Lexington in February, 2020 and have sine been advertising each QA job they let go. Shame on them! They should have contacted the previous employees who were let go, like they said they would and never did. Some serious management problems. Not sure the company will make it. No transparency.
