Pretty much everything. Management is two faced scheduling is at their whims, they treat you like a pawn. They will find ways to get rid of people who have ADA or FMLA.
Little to no support with their expectations. As having over 20 years experience. Run-as fast as you can. No other call center is this wretched

Don’t pretend your managers when you are something as simple as a scheduler or QA. If you get promoted to management because everyone else left you probably shouldn’t turn your back on your support staff
Make decisions when changing systems to systems that actually work not “it’s being worked on” or “oh yeah this software is meant for a small store chain with like 2 stores”

They had some benefits that were good and pay was better than most places in the area

Oh I could give a list.
The guy who trained me showed up an hour late on the onboarding day.
The guy who trained me threatened that they would let me go on day two since I wasn't following directions well enough. To me, it was hazing since the man training me was giving unclear directions.
The whole entire organization was disorganized and the atmosphere was extremely unprofessional.
I was with a franchise location and the boss was a jerk.
If you're not a summer sales bro or have the personality of a 13 year old, you probably shouldn't work here.
