- Flexible remote working schedule
- Great work/life balance - I'm often strongly encouraged to NOT check work email/slack/etc. outside working hours or when on PTO
- Unlimited PTO
- Great culture - can only speak to my dept, but managers/directors are very reasonable and understanding with goal setting, task requests, etc.

- Goals/priorities can often shift so it helps to be agile and open-minded
- Departments can often get siloed and miss out on opportunities that inter-department collaboration might provide
- The path to advancement/promotion isn't very clear, but the process is getting better
