Bad supervision,no training. People don't like new people. It's like high school but you get paid. Supervisors don't know how to run the machines. If you are not ready to set up and run parts...don't apply.

Not an honest place to work, not horrible though
|
I only stayed for not even 2 days at this company. Just from the start, they told me I'd be getting 15 an hour, when they called and said I had the job, they then said 14. I was fine with it and took the job. I was told there would be 2, 10 or 15 minute breaks along with a 30 minute lunch. They gave only the 30 minute lunch after about 6 hours of working on your feet. You literally could not sit down for 6 hours straight. I'm pretty sure that is not legal. When I first came in, no one instructed me where to go or what to do. I stood by the managers office for maybe 45 minutes before someone helped me.
PROS: I did like the schedule, 5AM to 2PM. The work is very easy, at least what I was being trained for. It did seem dangerous though.

Work honestly is easy and not hateful. Management however is HORRIBLE. The Ops manager is the worst. He doesn’t care about any employee and their private lives, nor does he care about rules and regulations. If he could, he’d work everyone 7 days a week, 16 hour days and try not to pay you for hours. He doesn’t have to be there on weekends so he mandates it because he doesn’t care about his employees. 1530 general manager is going to take his place and has promise but I feel will be as bad or worse. has

Very disloyal company. Upper management in the bedford hts location is pathetic. They will stab there employees in the back. They don't care about employee safety all they care about is production. STAY AWAY !!!!

Management does not care about employees as I feel they should. I had to let employees go for reasons that I felt were not justified. Management did not try to help staff.
