The company has no interest in career development for its employees and despises long experienced employees (+15-20 years in the company) who are the real subject-matter experts in that specific market niche. It used to be a family company badly turned into a global one, with no digital transformation nor internal process improvements. Change is not welcome at all and the amount of managers vs employees is not balanced. As the company has few competitors, it is not interested in improving or going one step ahead which means that once you are inside, you are stucked in a non-motivational role in which you are not able to learn anything new and, in the end, you get de-professionalized.
I WOULD NOT recommend joining this company.
