Responsibilites: <ol><li>Analysis of Bid Queries</li><li>Process Compliance</li><li>Planning and resourcing</li><li>Delivery and closure </li></ol>, Purpose: <div><br></div><div><br></div><div><strong>RFIs/RFPs/RFQs/RFT analysis for all the government and non-government large and complex project.</strong></div><div><strong>Active involvement from beginning to submission of RFP.</strong></div><ul><li><span style="color: black;">Preparing pre bid queries from project, delivery, services and billing prospect.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Capturing & highlight the risks and propose the required/mandatory changes in T&C’s. </span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Deep analysis of RFP’s and corrigendum’s for complete contract period. </span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Identify & forecast the possible risk and show stoppers to national PC team.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Create mitigation plan and propose the required/mandatory contingency & deviations. </span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Planning and working closely with cross functional teams for Government and Enterprise Bids.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Check and Validate the proposed solution document, partner SOW, delivery time lines, billing, acceptance/testing criteria, SLA parameter, LD/penalty.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Stitch end to end before bid submission for smooth delivery.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Support and closely working with bid manager, finance team, sales team, solution team, SCM team, legal team, subcontractors/partners and other supporting functions to respond effectively to RFP/RFI.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Sharing the RFP synopsis for won cases, partner details and SOW, internal and external critical points with respective circle team.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Sharing the projections with back end factory for the prospective cases to ensure their readiness and arrange the resources and inventory.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Manpower alignment and timely onboard for project success.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Governance and tracking for the ongoing L&C projects. </span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Continuous working on to redefine the bid process.</span></li></ul>, Skills: <html data-formatting="False"><body data-formatting="False"><div data-formatting="False"><br data-formatting="False"/></div><div data-formatting="False">The Person should have Technical Qualification & Project Management Skills like</div><div data-formatting="False">Education B-Tech/MBA,MTech </div><div data-formatting="False">Certification: Prince2 / PMP Certification</div></body></html>
