Productive over all very nice organisation to work and culture also very good...... activities were very nice to develop your self. Also you take care of your belongings with safety measures.
A day use to start with good notes of morning reports and other audit compliance work.
I learned most that how to manage the team with happiness and joy at the work place.
Management use to take care of all other systems where we can do the work more faster.
Workplace culture as i already said earlier that it was very nice organised in manner.
Hardest part of the job as it was not there but then also when there was month end all activities was supposed to finish on time
The most enjoyable part of job was that second week of every month there was a activity of Parichay which was regarding the client meetings where we use to call all the customers for meeting and get there issues resolved and after that we use play the small game and snacks in that meeting
