The present structure does not allow the staff, right from lowest rank at the branch to the rank of MD at Corporate Office, to think or plan for the corporate goal. Everything is structured from the Corporate Office and there are multiple goals to be achieved each day/month overlapping your own work. The morning can start from 9 am and end at 7.30 pm to 10 pm depending upon the staff and the work being handled. The operational staff have the hardest job to do i.e. achieve business goals and also fulfill compliances which is interrupted a number of times during the day by a number of online meetings to be attended. Thus, an operational manager learns leadership, time management, networking, multi-tasking and manipulations during his/her tenure. A successful manager learns to enjoy his work when he/she gets regular promotions through rigid selection process in the Bank.

I started my profession life since 2014 at Sbi rseti Reasi, I was very happy to join that job and feeling blessed to have such opportunity to me. But that was not a easy job my job profile had organised Entrepreneur development program and motivated people and mobiled for training and during training motivated them to take loan and start their venture, but in our district people are mostly illlitrate and living in far flung areas that's why they did not get benefits of the schemes by MORD.

I have feels happy that I have work at SBI. Some time I have Tried about my assignment. Every day we have learn new work as per our environment. Sometimes I hv feels unsecured bcz of our higher authority support. it less most of time. I have maintainging our work culture with a Smile face all the day. There are no hardest part at our work. I feels happy with my customers and my day to day work.
