Great industry to be part of. Good overall potential to improve the business.

One shareholder interferes with tactics and operations setting multiple objectives for many managers, which creates a mess as they are all driven 'hunger games' style to deliver extreme results in too short time frames with existing & shared pool of resources.
People get sacked reguarly with no reasons. Not a culture that accepts failure or provides any leadership guidance.
