Work environment was toxic and hard to move up in the company. The company seems to only think about themselves and not about employees

Clock in, put away any stock left over, put up any planograms, address any concerns from customers. Upsell to customers and try to meet your customers needs.
I learned a lot about car parts and the position of the part on the vehicle.
Management is poor. Especially as you go up the ladder. The district has no concern for the employees or their environment. Hardest part of the job was dealing with the public because you never know what kind of mood the customer might be in. The most enjoyable part of the job was making the customer happy. Maybe you got them the right part or you were able to fix their car with a suggestion.
