Please ensure that the employee is your #1 priority. Pay roll issues are unacceptable and our lively hood is jeopardized when there are mistakes. The cost of life continues to rise and competitive wages and better benefit costs can go a long way towards employee retention. Stricter guidelines between dealerships would also help keep consistency.

They foster their employee growth. I was selected to be a part of their Service Manager Development Program last year, and can’t say enough good things about it. It showed me that they want to train people to lead, not just be robots. I know my upper management is just a phone call away if I really need them.

It’s very corporate. But it’s a publicly traded company, and some people may have a hard time working with that.
