It was not a good work environment cause of management changes and there was misinformation given in the hiring process also in what they call turn I worked 157hrs in 2 weeks and it was mandatory

It's a decent place to work
|
Love the experience, pretty full work load so there is always something to do and not much down time. My position offers the ability to ask for my own schedule without much issue. Nee management in place and things are starting to run smoothly. Hardest part of the job is keeping up with the demand but most enjoyable is making my own menu and getting to try out new recipes.

Not the best experience

This company was an absolute nightmare to work for. Was working at flamingo crossings east for about a year and it just turned into the most toxic work envoronment i have ever been. Favortism and bad managment what the problem. Supervisors would follow/ spy, promote people who did not deserve it. No true teamwork was promoted. Managment made promises they did not keep. They promoted a work culture of teamns with leaders which would create envy and hostile workers. It was thr worst of the worst

Great company to work for. Good work-life balance, vacation and PTO is above average, starts accumulating and available earlier than most. Opportunity for advancement, good benefits, that start earlier than most companies, Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance available. Effective communication from managementwith pleasant work atmosphere. Pay is appropriate for area. Buildings are well maintained and appropriately staffed. Opportunity for overtime, training opportunities available.
Overall a great company to work for.

Thr Corporate office is toxic, they work the site staff to death on little pay. You can advance if you are a terrible employee who just befriends a VP, which is why the upper management is is self centered and does not support anyone other than their friends. They used to focus on the values, now it is 100% profit not quality.

ACC is the best at hiring… the best. Having worked at two properties in completely different states, the people are the best part. Some bad eggs, of course, just as anywhere, but management and corporate really want to see you improve.
Student staff can be troublesome, especially when it’s some of their first jobs but I’ve been lucky enough to hire some absolutely wonderful team members who want to learn and experience.
