Poor high management and never accepting new idea. Even you have a good marking at year end review, it can be no promoting and increasing salary because your manager feeling you as a harmful to her position. It is a good company with a variety of projects to enjoy performing. However, their business model and is poor or typical large corporation and leaves little room for upward mobility or opportunity. Lower level management appears self interested. P&L center managers are focused in other than employees. Its a great place if you want a job and are comfortable in that role for a career. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Lower level managers. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? People are typically nice and great to work with. None!! Their National, Security Programs they don't stand by their employees, and working for them is stressful. They actually don't hold a contract with another govt. contractor holds the contract which creates problems because you have to follow two different SOPs. I have worked over their for 4 years and my supervisor was very abusive. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Management practices and no room for one's own technology training. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Very silent discriminative, supervisors don't stand by their employees. What is a typical day like for you at the company?
