They pretend to care about patient care, satisfaction, and employees, yet in reality, care for NONE of these. The lack of communication from corporate is worse than any company I've worked for ever. ZERO 401K match-3 years ZERO raises/low RN wages-3 years CEO's/CFO's-----too many to remember-3 years Facility closures without proper notice to staff----numerous Benefits-increasingly unaffordable, terrible carriers Since starting with the company 3+ years ago, we've gone through multiple corporate changes with each change being increasingly worse than before. POOR business practices coupled with non-medical people hiring MEDICAL staff is not a safe standard. If you would like a company you can have stability and growth........RUN fast.......they may give you a few days (or if you get lucky.......weeks) before CLOSING a facility that is actually seeing patients and leave open a hospital that has had a handful of patients in the entire 2.5 years it's been open. GENIUS idea!
