To date the best employer I've ever had

Strong sense of teamwork and comaraderie. The company performs at a high level and the workforce is completely US based so there is little to no criticism for things like accessibility, being able to understand reps etc. It also has one of the best benefits packages I've ever seen for beginners as well as the company recognizes talent and allows for rapid growth for high performers.

Outdated systems make some things a little difficult. In addition the organizational structure seems to be caught between operating as a "small business" and expanding in the space as a larger corp. There is a disconnect in how smoothly day to day operations are run and the result is a lack of efficiency.

Think BIG more like a fortune 500 finance company. The day to day operations are far to "everyone helps everyone" and needs to be more structured and regimented. Mentors are fantastic and needed but there needs to be a more robust support system in place to aid new reps.
