If you have any senses at all you will immediately get a overall bad vibe working at SMC. My CDL predecessor warned me to keep looking for a job that nobody in their right mind would work for these uneducated management. he only worked their less than a year and he got the heck out of there. You know your in trouble when the corporate office shows off new vehicles and trucks and you report to work at charlotte hall and there's all these really old work trucks Heavy and Light Duty trucks some close to 30 years old with 300k miles.
