They don’t micro manage you. The Sups are always available to happily help you out.

Customers don’t read their contracts and have incorrect expectations on changing their contracts.

Positive you work from home. 45min lunches. Upper management listens to its employees.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Wake up get comfortable and dressed and put on my headset and answer phone calls.

Great people, relatively easy work, career advancement/stability could be better

A typical day consists of repetitive area tasks sometime sprinkled with special projects. For the most part the people are great, and engagement opportunities are ample. Benefits are very good, there are other companies with maybe cheaper healthcare premiums but Assurant's PTO policy is something I've never seen before. Facility upper management is supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities for self improvement although promotions or opportunities to change jobs is limited. Overall one of the best companies I've worked for.

* lo que crees que aprendiste: he aprendido muchas habilidades soft y he tenido la posibilidad de mejorar habilidades técnicas gracias a líderes que acompañaron mi crecimiento.
* la dirección/gerencia: cada año los noto más disociados del resto de la compañía, viven en su propio mundo.
* la Cultura de la empresa: en general hacen un esfuerzo para mantener una linda cultura de trabajo, de respeto y diversidad, siempre se puede mejorar.
* la parte más díficil del trabajo: mantener la motivación y las ganas de quedarte cuando el valor del salario empieza a caer notoriamente.

The best part was being at home, room for advancement you have to be a super kiss you know the rest, no script and then get gaslit about said script, when you’re saying thing on every call the best thing about it was there weren’t that many calls. So it was easy to deal with, when they tried to gaslight me , again I rode with it,
