The Whippany, NJ office lacks everything from strong leadership to morale in the office. Supervisors and other higher ups have bad attitudes. They barely even take the time to properly onboard new employees. Morale is so low in the office. Everyone is overworked and stressed out. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Workload is extreme with staying back after hours to meet the deadlines as team is usually short-staffed.

Day to day workload is hard to maintain as there are unrealistic expectations. Will suit someone who is workaholic and ready to sit back on weekends(unpaid) to do paperwork. Your life in the role depends on what kind of manager you have.
