A&B has the potential due to size and longevity to be a great company however they focus on issues that make them look and sound great to the public but are almost worthless. They need to focus on building trust within the organization where it’s currently void of it. They also need to get rid of the leader of the AM department who literally said “it’s my _ year anniversary today with A&B along with another if anyone would like to congratulate us”. I was well respected by my peers, treated with dignity, learned a lot from the experience. My job was never the same day to day, and enjoyed being able to be creative with problem solving. Management allowed me a very high level of autonomy, but there if I needed support.
