The benefits, PTO, and pay are all great. But you WILL NOT move up here. The supervisors/managers will continue to give you more duties and projects with no promotions or added benefits. Favoritism is what runs this place. If you don’t kiss butt the right way, don’t expect to get noticed. You can see the evident favorites. Your hard work will not be appreciated. Would I recommend working there?.....no if you're looking to move up or if you want to come to work knowing what you'll be doing that day or if you wear your pants above your waist.
