In my opinion, Allison Transmission is plagued by serious issues that are detrimental to most of its employees' well-being and productivity. The lack of effective management, coupled with a hostile work environment, and poor training practices, creates a toxic atmosphere that harms both the employees and the company as a whole. Additionally, the absence of accountability, particularly from management and HR, exacerbates the situation and fosters resentment. I do not see any directive or change to address these systemic issues anytime soon as employee satisfaction and retention seem to be at an all-time low.
