I didn't like the facility for work

Boring atmosphere, people not nice, don't like the facility. Nothing else to add.
The whole facility was under reshaping and was really hard to work there. Excessive security rings to get into office every day.

Good benefits, pay starts extremely low compared to other places but top out is decent.
Not a place to work if your a single parent with no help. You will be on 2nd shift for a long time and everything is based on seniority the company and management do not care about their employees AT ALL!!!!!!!!

Poor pay since they created two tiers, not paid Well for the hard work and profits the company makes until you top out after 5 years
|
Poor management, only care about production numbers, not a positive environment, mandatory last minute overtime, poor union support, they take your raises and bonuses if you’re injured in their unsafe environment, and I just had a co worker pass and managements response was well that will work out for this other employee to start next week bc they’re interchangeable

Great place to work with great pay and benefits. Most experienced team I have ever worked with. Lots of overtime in plant production. Positions outside plant production seem to have good work/life balance.

This company was one of the best places to work when they we under General Motors. I was so excited to work for a company that my grandfather retired from. The 1 st 6 months were great. They start you off in a warehouse facility. But when you got to the main campus things changed. Management treated like animals. Form the top to the bottom.
