Start time flexible for support. Not so for production. Interact with all departments constantly. Collaboration is key. Work loads were based on capability and desire to work.

Fun workplace, but little pay
|
Learned a lot on the job, but paychecks were really low, unless worked overtime then they were okay. In my opinion, overtime should be an option, not mandatory.

Tyrannical leadership. Management doesn't take care of problems with staff. Current employees don't get fair raises. HR department is useless. Co workers are decent for the most part. Too much favoritism.

People in spots they have no business doing.

Hard working people over worked because the lazy people get away with it. The HR department runs thru workers like water thru a strainer. The employee handbook only applies when they deem necessary. If you're lucky enough to get promoted , they will not train you and then blame you if someone or something goes wrong.

The work itself isn't that challenging, the only problem is that there can be a LOT of it. It seems like people leave the company a lot so all their work gets slammed on one other person, so at any moment you can go from only having one project to trying to balance five projects all at once. I find the work somewhat interesting but it can also be very tedious at times, making endless reports for the customer that they want by EOD even though it is physically impossible sometimes, but they don't care, get it to them EOD or get yelled at. Talking to some other people it seems like everyone is either very light on work or is overworked to the max. You meet with countries in Asia a lot so expect late night meetings a few times a week.
