AMT management was terrible. From day one people were being let-go as I was coming in the door. Directors could care less about the employees. They worked the employees to death.

I worked at American Tower as a contractor and loved every minute of it. My team was awesome to work with and I felt a connection with the people I helped. It was a very nice environment. Even with the lack of some benefits as a contractor I would highly recommend working at American Tower.

Some teams seemed to have great chemistry and fulfilling responsibilities. Mine did not. Although I enjoyed my colleagues and manager, I didn't feel like upper management cared about my progress. I think most other departments have much higher morale than the one I belonged to, so I am being lenient with my review. Overall I did not enjoy my time with ATC.
