The pay and the people you worked with wasn’t too bad. Sometimes the customers could be a lot to handle but that was probably the worst of it. Sometimes we would get free energy drinks

Pay is not enough.

When you work 70 hour weeks and sell 20+ cars a month, there is at least an expectation of being able to cover your bills. When asking the management what happened, we hear “you should have sold the right cars”… in spite of the fact that finance made their mortgage off each deal.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There is favoritism in the shop so only one or two can make money. 5 estimators which means only one or two can make money. If your customer service score does not reach their goal they deduct 10% from your pay.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not being able to make money due to the amount of estimators the shop has employed all at one time..
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Poor. Favoritism is rampid, and if you're not in the click you get starved
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressing in hope that jobs come in for your be able to earn a paycheck

"I've been with this company for about a year now, and I'd say it's been alright. The work environment is pretty standard, nothing too exciting but also nothing too dreadful. The team is friendly, and there's a decent level of camaraderie. Management is okay; they're not exactly inspirational leaders, but they get the job done.
One thing I appreciate is the work-life balance. They're pretty flexible with schedules, which is a big plus. The workload can sometimes be a bit overwhelming, but it's manageable with good time management skills.
In terms of career growth, there are opportunities, but you have to actively seek them out. They could be more transparent about advancement paths, but overall, it's alright.
The compensation package is fair, though not exceptional. Benefits are standard, nothing extraordinary, but they do cover the basics.
Overall, if you're looking for a stable job with decent benefits and a tolerable work environment, this place is alright. It may not be the most exciting or fulfilling job, but it pays the bills and allows for a reasonable work-life balance.

It was constant chaos daily, your mental health will decline, no organization whatsoever, only get $100 per car at the managers discretion, had to fight management in order to sell a car or micromanage them, they use good salespeople but reward the less productive/profitable ones. Forget work/life balance because you won’t have a life outside of work. They don’t care about employees being sick you still have to be at work. Mgmt stopped feeding us on Saturdays but did not want us to leave at all. If you wanted to make a decent check, you would be there for 12-14 hours a day.

Answering calls and cold calling customers all day, lots of angry customers. Terrible management, no raises ever, more and more work for no extra compensation. GM is awful and made me hate my job. No room for advancement.

Background check took a month, no computers were working in the location so you’re floating to someone desk everyday, not organized, they need a manager for WBYC ad they have, no one is working. 30 calls a day will not bring business in. I was lied to about what to expect so I quit because I honestly did not have time to waste and cannot live off of 2500/m
