Um, weekly paycheck. Or- a paycheck rather-only decent part of job.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
None and none. Petty gossip, obvious favoritism, "higher ups" or team leads, supervisors whatever their title is-believing 5th-hand information rather than approaching employee to inquire about the petty gossip that's spread from employee to employee to supervisor to team lead to whomever. Just to have a 30 minute conversation with you about do's and don't's which were already clear from the start. If I were a supervisor-I'd be humiliated with the lack of professionalism when it comes to gossip in the workplace.

Login, work, break when told, work, do things for co pany that goes completely unnoticed or/nor appreciated.
