There is SOOO MUCH TOXICITY - infact it is encouraged. You'll find people not working but keeping an eye on where you are going, who you are talking to and what time you come and leave from office - india has to support US so the work timings are 1 to 10 and its strict like a typical Indian company where there is no flexibility.
