That is the biggest problem here, many people don't do their jobs and pass work onto the "lower level" employees/office staff. If you are not good buddies or related to someone in management your opportunity for advancement is very slim. There is also some very unqualified people in management or toxic/sexist VPs. Overall besides the above, I love my work location. Our culture is very laid back and if we need something everyone is willing to help each other.
