I Hope to Continue Working Here Until Retirement

After 6+years and multiple promotions at Alexandria, I feel supported, appreciated and enthusiastic about my role. I value my team and my manager as she continues to support my growth, address my opportunities and always recognize a job well done. Alexandria and top management are brilliant, generous and truly mission driven. The founder was also there for me when a family challenge arose and I never felt like 'just a number'. I am also not afraid to get to know top management if an opportunity presents itself. The hardest part so far has been a role transition during COVID and I am so thankful that management saw the potential for me to step into a brand new role! Alexandria really does practice the concept developed in the book Good to Great of "getting the right people on the bus" and finding the right/new seat for those people when needed. I hope to continue working here until retirement!
