What is the best part of working at the company?
No benefit to working here, unless you enjoy being worked to death for no money. Management only cares about making $$. Could care less about drivers.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
From the time you clock in until you clock out, it's nothing but stress
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Horrible, skeleton crew so management can get bigger bonuses
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Routes always messed up, no inventory. Calls and texts to make emergency deliveries that salesman forget to enter weeks ago.

Could be good company - management terrible

Could be a great company but management doesnt listen to customers or employees. They rely on spreadsheets to make decisions and micromanage. Price hikes and fees are like working for cable company.

For drivers compensation is ok
|
This is one of the most unorganized companies with horrible turnover I have evert seen I was warned before going to work for them by one of the vendors that works along side them but decided to give them a shot anyways. I just wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who cares about their good name. They will lie about the amount of hours you will work, and earning potential to get you in the door.

No work life balance working 55+ hours weekly, constantly trying to mess with bonus structure to prevent employees getting the extra money, Constant turnover in management, HR is 100% for the company not 50/50 they made that clear in a meeting

No support staff and no help from management
|
Upper management will tell you to do the best you can while not posting/replacing jobs. Branch managers quit over and over because there is never enough support staff hired to service accounts efficiently. Every position has quit in the last year and they haven't replaced or posted any of the jobs.
