Not to mention, there was another occasion where I was simply trying to communicate with another coworker while performing my duties and was instantly written up for doing so. On top of that, managers show true favoritism to other sales associates working on the floor and you will feel left out. These managers just want to silence you and over work you until you want to leave this job. Turnover is extremely high as well because nobody enjoys this work environment. Stay away from this place if you can. I remember the managers and coworkers being really nice but the location is really bad it is unsafe getting to your car after shift in the dark especially as a girl. The pay is minimum wage and is good if it is a first job or something but not after that. You are not allowed to sit which is pretty tiring. If you work nights be prepared to stay until almost 11pm on weekends.
