An unpolished gem

The company has huge potential to be a place where people can come, looking forward to work. Truly. Many processes are far from ideal/smoothed out. Even during the training process, they will leave things out and then upon you not knowing them will discipline you for making the mistake when they didn’t even teach you how to go about it correctly. In other words, they have a hard time setting one up for success. The attempt is there, sure.
For it to be as cutting edge as it is, it’s just incredibly off putting that things go about in a somewhat clunky manner.
My hopes are that it will improve in time, yet as I read their reviews from other peers in other locations/states, which Include the one I’m at, something tells me that may very well not be the case. I would love to be wrong. Time will tell.
Pay is lackluster, especially after the fact that it’s a Fortune 500 company. Maybe for management and above.
Their turnover rate reflects this well. Many leave for better paying jobs. Arizona seems to start their “forklift operators” at 18$ an hour, which is absurd. If you elect to sign up for their insurance benefits, you’ll average out at maybe 15 dollars an hour, or less than that.
Doesn’t back up their statement of “competitive financial compensation”. At all.
In the end, it might be sweet for someone who’s freshly turned 18, and doesn’t have real bills to pay. If you have a family to support, and or rent to pay, you’ll be living paycheck to paycheck, as many of the workers do. It’s not a matter of the employees not being frugal. They simply don’t pay well. At all.

They’ll overwork you, fail to teach you your full job duties and what they entail, Incredibly strict, Low Pay, Favoritism, Sterile company culture, Management will take credit for accomplishing the hard work that everyone else did

Basic warehouse work

For the most part, management isn't horrible, but some of them seem to be on power highs.
Pay is low (19 our starting) and they expect you to use your break time to leave and return from your station. That might not sound like a big ask, but the time adds up when you have to walk a city block there and back, leaving you with as little as 10 minutes break left over. Lunch is only 30 minutes and there are few eating options close enough to return in time.
I think they should allow more room for human error and behavior before they set ambitious production goals on paper.
Ergonomics suck throughout the entire place (except maybe the office, but I only work in the warehouse).
Most of the people working there are really good folks.

Never know when your job is at risk. A company run by Finance and HR, management is secondary and you are replaceable.

Work environment was good until numbers drop, heads get cut no matter.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Calendar was full and stayed busy with normal engagements .Working remote, you find being online for 8-10 hours a day.

Great co workers. Management is good. Major complaint would be assigned roles not trained for. Good benefits.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Picking extremely small components, called sand. Need magnification to see them. Many times have to count several hundred. Trying to find proper packaging for said components.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very positive. Majority of people, including management are supportive.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Good, but... Can be stressful. Analytics are always evaluated.

Employees are toxic, they gossip every single day. Management is worst, when you need someone to ask for help, you can't find them, it will take your time before you find someone to help you.
