As an engineer, what I like most is the dedication to shipping quality code. Every change I ship gets a thorough review and that's consistent across teams. Plus, there's a bunch of opportunities to pick up work on things unrelated to your normal team's sprint work. Keeps it interesting. There's a palpable effort to make people feel heard, included, etc. My team leads actively listen for signs someone isn't feeling happy/fulfilled/etc. and talks to them to make changes to turn the ship around. I've seen it time and time again and really appreciate the impact it has in making sure we work on things that excite us.
