The team I was working with included people from all around the world, and every team meeting, there were no problems with me asking everyone in the group for advice. Interns also shared a bond, as there were lots of fun excursions taken as an intern group. The hours were also flexible, with a hybrid work environment where team managers encouraged coming to the office on average 3 times a week. Very male-oriented & dominated culture and seems little interest to change that. Engineer driven with resulting customer focus a bit at odds. Some good folks but the workplace culture is who you know and underhandedness.
