Too much work and not enough pay! Beware of Human Resources as well because they are aware of the issues with management and have done nothing anbout it. Employees in this dept are overworked and very very overwhelmed. You will spend about 2-3 months in training with 12 different people on the team. This is just basic training of the system. The current employees are expected to train while also requiring them to keep up with their desk which is very difficult to do because the department lacks organization. You need to hire a trainer and have a training class and not overwork the loyal employees that decided to still put years in. Management does not care about their employees only about the work produced and especially their bonus. This department needs to be cleared of the old management and in with younger talent that is open to actually listening to their employees and to new ideas. You will be distracted constantly and interrogated constantly by management for updates because they do not trust their employees to get their work done. The customer service department has a very very high turnover rate and people do not stay within the department or company. There is absolutely no work life balance and you are expected to work an hour of OT everyday. Anything over you will be required to ask for approvals even when they know the accounts are heavy and overloaded with work. Benefits are ridiculously high! Workers in this dept are still here because of the money they accrued over the years but they are very unhappy and just deal with management because they want to keep their job. This department will never succeed or retain employees because they set up incoming people for failure. Please read the previous reviews because they are true! Onboarding is long and drawn out for absolutely no reason. This place is absolute organized chaos! JDE/Portal constantly goes down or runs very very slow and management knows and still expects you keep up with your account. Constant meetings where the managers have no clue how to proceed with procedures!
