Love the culture. The people are super friendly and warm. Tenure is amazing. Most of the people I know are 5+ years in the company. Some with decades of tenure. You are accountable for your work. No micro-management.

No work/ home life balance

There is no flexibility with schedules. You start out working the closing shift and can expect to for At least a year or more.. Even after that point “earning” an adjustment to get off a little earlier is a feat in its own. Wishy washy management… and poor communication

Stressful and deceiving
|
You get pulled in with hopes of the perfect Job.. theirs no shift adjustments, no care if you have families and babies. The company doesn’t work with you on anything. Your stuck working the closing shift for 1+ year or more before your even eligible to be considered a different shift. Even if it doesn’t work with your family they don’t care. You constantly get told you’ll advance within the company and then on every month evaluation you get told “you’re so close, you’ll definitely get it next month”. You never do. Very high call volume with disrespectful customers and management is a joke.

Great management staff especially at the senior level. Some of the lower and intermediate management are new and have very limited experience. I have really enjoyed my 41 years with the company.
