Company culture is great. Probably some of the best in the industry. All departments know each other and help each other. 2 kitchen and a cafeteria in the building with chefs.

From my vantage point, Avnet was a collection of people that enjoyed working together, went out of their way to make things happen and loved what they did. I felt the same .
It has had its history and people may tell you otherwise, but I believe that those that didn't like Avnet had their issues.

Spent 20 years there and didn't realize the time I was wasting for a company that doesn't care about employees. Wish I would have left years sooner but you get caught up in the extremely fast paced environment.

Great culture makes it feel like you are part of a small company. Benefits are not very good, expensive and subpar health benefits.
Mandatory 3 days at work, however you feel about that shapes the culture.
