This company is still finding its feet and lacks a cohesive culture. Most departments are siloed from one another. Most things are done on a shoe string budget with minimum staff possible. This results in high levels of inefficiency regarding some processes and at times high workload on employees with large number of admin tasks.

Continue to develop the culture/improve working cross departments and allow people time to improve work processes which in many cases act as a millstone around an employees neck. Continue to invest in overall systems to allow everyone to do their job quicker and better rather than cheap out and have large parts of the working day dedicated to admin tasks which don't benefit the business. Finally provide better career opportunities to retain talent as there is a high amount of turnover with some roles.
