Been here over 20 years and the worst it’s ever been can’t believe the people that took over corporate in the last 8/10 years have run it in the ground!germans need to own the company again so the hard working workers get paid fairly and treated like family. Corporate laughs in the face of the men and women that run this company in negotiation for pay, they don’t want to give you a raise at all the begin with. Negotiate and waste time for a year then ahh maybe 3% if you’re lucky never seen more in 25 years. 9% would make us even as we speak. More worried about the woke parties and giving themselves bonuses.they will answer for it someday
