Good for a 1st job or getting into the industry or experience in sales.

Micromanaging and it takes a really long time for promotion. A lot of work for low pay and when having conversations with other teams they apparently make more in commission than our team.

If you are looking to keep good talent. Let them know with decent pay increases in base pay and also ability to promote rather than being stuck in the same position for a really long time and not see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Toxic Managers. Underpaid & Overworked employees. Some Supervisors, Managers and Directors like to micro-manage their teams. Employees in the Finance are of the business are not happy and have never experienced these working conditions. Employees are not trusted.

The knowledgeable employees have been here longer than you and know how to make the right decisions for the business without having to get approval to do anything is very demeaning to employees who have been doing this for years. Second piece of advice, stop getting rid of your knowledgable employees. Without us, you would sink faster than the Titanic.
Also noting the rating of the CEO Job Performance is rated on Bill Galvin, not John Engle. Bill was one of the best.

Micro-management, I couldn't go to the toilet without my manager calling me, I had so much stress at that time, no freedom, really. The commission was so low!
