First time being traumatized by a job

Decent pay and decent coworkers.

Management is toxic and incompetent. Took away remote positions because they are too desperate for control over everyone. Micromanaging has gotten so bad that the team spends more time tracking their own work than actually doing anything. Management has a history of forcing employees out of the company if they are not Indian. HIGHLY exclusive, their DEI initiatives are a joke. Only people from India get promotions or accolades, only Indian food served at potlucks and picnics. Management is morally bankrupt and takes part in legally questionable actions to get their way. They’ve nearly pushed out all the knowledgeable employees for their own reasons, never seen anything actually get accomplished here and that’s because they’re all just sitting around high fiving each other for being in the same club.

Some of my coworkers on my team were really nice.

Management is ethically bankrupt and has no idea how to run their departments. If they arbitrarily decide they don’t like you, they will take legally questionable steps to ensure that you quit. I saw this happen to three different people on my team. Only the team members from India were treated with any respect, so if that describes you, you might have a good experience working here. Nothing ever gets accomplished because the micromanaging is so out of control. Reports to HR fall on deaf ears, the whole company is just a toxic waste dump of disrespect.
