El ambiente laboral esta bien solo que no te pagan tiempo extra y 1 vez al mes tienes q entrar 2 horas antes de tu hora para juntas el cual no te pagan el tiempo

Maybe productive but the people who are holding positions are very negative.
|
I learned to be negative as the manager and the supervisors, favouritism within the workplace and racial matters, like I was never given opportunity to do health and safety and first aider.
The hardest thing is they tell you to do what they know you don't have to do it.
As a driver I enjoy doing my deliveries and be away from the warehouse.

Everything is cool about the job. Except for the pay. Easiest job I’ve had EVER. Just don’t pay for real. People was cool tho. Just drop of parts to different mechanic shops.

The opportunity to enhance your career I'm the automobile auto parts industry. You are also encouraged to take your ASE certification test. You can buy stock starting after your 5th year with the company.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part of the job is being female. You have to prove yourself beyond extreme measures to be accepted by the male customers and male co-workers , and male managers. There are things said that are derogatory and very sexists ,especially by male mechanics and male service writers. The prettier the female auto Zoner the worse it can be for her. You need to try and remain professional at all times wearing the unifor.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The culture is supposed to be diverse but in all honesty it is not. The work environment can be awkward for females. The male co workers try to put the female in the back pulling parts. If you have a great manager they would see to it that his female employee has no issues inside the work plaçe.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Parts lookup, all phone calls, charging batteries, testing batteries , alternators, and starter check, putting in headlight bulbs,and doing what it takes to do the job right

Had to manage majority of my own with just a single day of training, and when I did ask for help, I got shunned away. The pay wasn't great either since it was minimum wage and wasn't worth it for the hours I was doing

My typical day was great work environment. To be good with customers and employees when working. Management is always helpful and good at giving out information. The work culture is family oriented and team balanced making sure you explain different parts for sale consistently. There wasn't any hard task on the job besides not being able to work long hours. The most enjoyable part of the job was that even though the customers were mad they needed the parts in order to fix a problem with their vehicle they appreciated my customer service skills which was useful to them and the task at hand.
