Very toxic and unprofessional environment. I worked at the associated spring in Milwaukee, which is a subsidiary of Barnes. They will offer and try to entice you with 2 days WFH, but when you actually do that you can tell it is held against you. Trust me, this is a place to avoid.

I worked at Barnes Group - Associated Spring Milwaukee. The onlypositive take away I have is that I learned everything that I don't want in a work place environment. Professionalism and quality is not a priority at this location. I truly feel I just wasted a year of my career and am beyond happy to have left for greener pastures.

The company is decent to work for but your experience will vary based upon what location that you work for.
CEO/upper management are mostly okay though there is some old-school thinking such as being obsessed with people from Ivy League colleges and thinking that productivity=time spent at work.
Pay is fair, benefits options are pretty solid with multiple choices for medical/dental/vision options.
