Everyone is very smart there. They actually have 'aces in places'. the people that they hire, love to learn. the company doesn't respect the knowledge. i assume that's why they burn through talent. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? the stressful part is their goal is to ensure business compliance first, but won't allow their SME's to help them accomplish that using best practice, hired experience.... What is the work environment and culture like at the company? It's hard for me to answer this , the work environment was... inconsistent as they didn't understand what they needed vs. what they hired me for. The culture, however, is excellence, they believe in learning more, achieving more. their culture is not be the best business only, but be the best self. for that I respect.
