Ok company, but there weren't many chances to level up my skills outside my day-to-day tasks. The company structure was a bit on the traditional side, so getting face time with the higher-ups wasn't always easy.

Decent place to work on the way to a better place to work.

Work daily on Jira tickets on a React application running in Node with a REST API backend in Python and Java using Git deployed on AWS. I learned to always be looking, practicing, and interviewing for you next position because you never know when you will need it to minimize periods of unemployment. I had the best manager ever. Hardest part of the job was maintaining legacy code. Most enjoyable part was the people.

Fun place to work

Back in the day when rim was starting and established and in the prime of its reign. Rim was an amazing place to work for benefits were phenomenal, PSA it was great, additional bonuses like movie nights and concerts were the highlights of bonuses. I could have seen myself retiring from this company however during the downfall of this company I was part of the layoffs.
