Production Worker Utility Absolutely nothing good This is worst place for anyone to work at. Between the mng and the employees its a bomb ready to go off. The people on second shift are the worst. The seasoning employees and cream of wheat employees cause a hostile work environment and the mng let's this go on. The plant manager and human resource also contribute to a very bad work environment. I hope this place closes. DO NOT WORK HERE. The union is pathetic. Don't waste your time here. Shift Supervisor Taco Bell #024294 USA Just a big mess I Have been an employee for over a year having never missed a day in that time. On 7/18/20 I was running a fever of 100.3° this is a risk factor for covid-19 by any companies standards besides B&G they say 100.4 I attempted to call in out of caution. The area coach and GM told me I had to come. I got fired that day for letting them know it's sad customer and employee health is not a priority. The work hours are atrocious. I have no kids but for me to even consider having any I would have to find a new job because I would never see them! They lie constantly about what is ACTUALLY going on with the company. And you'll work every saturday until you die. But hey, at least you'll have a lot of money, because that's all that matters right? Lots of dollars No life. Management is clueless.
